Elizabeth Matthews is a faith-driven communicator, author of That’s BIG: Believing It’s God!, certified life coach, consultant, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker whose personal mission is to inspire others and bring God glory by sharing her testimony and life experiences.

Elizabeth earned her B.A. in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama and brings more than 20 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, and television production. After nearly 17 years in healthcare marketing, she stepped away in obedience to God’s direction and now walks fully in her calling as founder and owner of MindingYourLiz, LLC, a faith-based coaching, consulting, and speaking platform dedicated to helping others discover purpose and recognize God’s hand in every season of life.
